As a courtesy, if you have dental insurance we will bill your carrier, provide documentation, claim forms, radiographs, and treatment narratives as we participate in most major insurance companies We will request that you pay your estimated co-payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer financing and payment plans which can be arranged in advance, prior to your appointment. Care credit is a hassle-free option we also offer and it extends payments to fit comfortably within your budget.
